I just moved into the apartment complex. Matt and Cheryl helped set me up with a nice unit. I had an issue that John the maintenance guy fixed quickly. The new management company is making a real effort to make this a nice place to live. Cool dog parks and plenty of parking spaces! Very happy with my move!!
Worst apartments and apartment management in Frisco. Vijay smokes weed and hits the floor with iron rods and all those stuff. He along with his partner make all this nuisance and rowdy stuff. Stalking and staring at the tenants, Leslie the leasing office manager never cares and tells that she also makes sounds all the day in her apartment. Leslie asks us to move out of the apartment instead of she sending the nuisance guys out. And yes I agree with other review person who says that Blanca sends the cheque to the same address from where you are moving out. Also they charge you for already damaged stove if you don’t take pictures. They charged me around $300 but once I showed the picture of the stove condition when moving in they removed that charge. They didn’t even apologize for their mistake. Anyone who are okay with weed smell in your room from upstairs guy, heavy nuisance and loud floor hitting sounds with objects from upstairs and the manager who doesn’t care and supports the weed smoking guy they are most welcome here. Anyone who wants to be peaceful just stay away from these apartments and find a better apartment. I will be taking legal action soon for all the harassment they did to me.
New management of Avalon is not good specially for folks moving out. First they increased the rent to 30-40% without doing any upgrades and expecting new residents to pay that or people considering resigning the lease. Also I've been behind them to fix the issue as unexpected charges added to the rent as they deleted my account and it's been 1 month playing ball between their billing department and leasing office. Though as a courtesy they gave 1 day rent free but it's too much hassle as I'm moving out and seems they're so much inactive or overwhelmed that unable to answer my phone until I walk into the office.
We lived in Bell Frisco 6 months only.We really had wonderful time at Bell Frisco, there were no any unpleasant situations. Casey helped us with application process in distance and helped to rent apartment (we had some problems, because we were going to move in the USA first time and rented apartment directly from Belarus), she made the process as easy as it can be. When we moved in we really liked the apartment, it was clean and modern. The territory is amazing with big playground, resort style pool, resting zones with hammocks and a lot of other cool things. I really love management girls, both Casey and Brooklin, you helped us a lot with any issues we had. I also don't have any questions concerning maintenance, Peter was really helpful and gave me precious advises how to use all the appliances to avoid any problems in future. Your team is wonderful and Bell Frisco can really be proud of you.
The only reason we decided to move is because of our school location. We moved to another city. Honestly I really shocked with negative reviews some people left. It is not true. Management is very professional, friendly and always try to do their best to help you! I really need help with one issue and Casey resolved my problem the same day I asked. I had maintenance requests and all of them were resolved the next day I tell the management. This place is definitely a good place to live, especially if you have small children.
UPDATED: I received my deposit in full in a week after moving out and I didn’t pay anything extra because I cleaned apartment very well and we had no damages. So, people who wrote that they were charged on moving out, probably left a lot of damage and mess after themselves...
I just moved out after living in these apartments after two years. They are charging me for damaged paint and some kind of cleaning. I paid to have the apt cleaned and there was a wall where the bed set against that was a little dirty. What would you expect after two years no dirt no touch up paint needed. The yankee company that owns this complex now is horrid. Look up the face book group for this place and see what they say. Also can you say government subsidized, look at it a little bit you will see.

I don’t leave many reviews but i feel obligated. The last few weeks since Avalon took over this apartment complex ive been extremely impressed. Cheryle Davis(sr community consultant) is super knowledgeable and extremely helpful in resolving issues. Shes also very kind, professional and personable.
Also the maintenance man John has gone above and beyond in fixing all of my problems. He was polite, professional, prompt and thorough in every aspect. I truly appreciate ev they are doing to make this a better place to live. Thank you for all your doing!!
